Another favorite of mine, Big Bang Theory, has a really challenging floorplan. I read an article once where someone mentioned apartments/houses we see on tv and how, if they existed in real life, would be absolutely ridiculous looking buildings. So imagine this next build in a multi-level apartment building...some really strange lines for sure.
This build was based on floor plans that I found online. I'm not sure how 'official' they are, but they look pretty realistic. I had A LOT of issues with creating Leonard and Sheldon's apartment - specifically the kitchen and Leonard's bedroom. I think I fought with a portion of the wall for nearly an hour! Overall, I'm incredibly happy with how it turned out and YES, I used the bb.moveobjects cheat - so much that if you download this you should be careful moving things around :). I did add a pool to finish out the lot and since there are no laundry rooms in Sims 4, I made the basement into a gym.
I loved that the 'scientist' door worked well as the elevator :)
First up: Penny's Apartment in probably the cleanest state you will ever see :).
Now, Leonard and Sheldon's
I know the little area where the black curtains are is supposed to be on a riser, but that isn't possible in Sims 4.
