The right side (in photo) is the 2 bedroom 'apartment' and the left is a 1 bedroom.
2 'separate' backyards. One feels like a homey, 'female' hand was in charge of decoration and the other side has a party feel with grill and hot tub.
Top down view of 2nd story. 1 bedroom unit on the left (in photo). This is great for a musical sim and has a 'masculine' vibe. The right has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a small 'skill' section in the middle.
Top down view of 1st story (Ground Level). Each is set up the same, just using some different colors. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs and ALL is fully usable by Sims.

I added this 'through the window' shot so you can see the pillars that are in the unit. You can see them in other shots, but only one or they disappear completely. This is just a camera issue in Sims.
