Hit the Beach!!
I loved the lot in Windenburg so much that I went back and made a beach house :). This lot is under 26,000 Simoleons and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bathroom doesn't have a sink since your Sims can use the kitchen sink perfectly fine :).
