Everyone knows I am primarily a builder, but what you may not know is that I was pretty anti-CC for a long time. I eventually gave in because I got kinda tired of the same furniture in every build and I really just wanted some of that 'lived-in' clutter, pots and pans for the kitchen...something that shows there is life in the house I just built! Great thing about this trailer? CLUTTER!!!
I took screenshots of the new trailer for Sims 4 Parenthood and I'm going to show you all the things that have me so freakin' excited!
1st - in the shot below: Shower curtain / shower, mirror, lived in cabinets, that kick-butt sink that would be great in so many build locations (laundry room, garage, low-budget apartments), cute bathroom shelves with toilet paper on the shelf 😆, and for game-play aspects - the little toddler making a mess...how adorable?!
2nd - Real teenager stuff!! Floor clutter, new bed, posters, skateboard decorations, guitar wall-clings, school projects, shirt tied around the waist, hanging lights, 1-tile desk, light-up mirror, dresser, *cue hyperventilating*
3rd - Oh....I need to remember how to breathe. BIG SQUARE COFFEE TABLE!! I squealed like a little kid when I saw that...I've been wanting that for so long. I am curious to see color options for it though. Other things in this: new bookshelf, kids tables, couches, posters, toys, the 'good behavior' chart, pillows on couches 💓, the little toy basket 😍
4th - Boxes??? 😆, doing projects as a family 👪💓
5th - Rockets??!!
6th - SO. MANY. FEELS. Ok....can I just say 'everything' on this one? All of the 'country kitchen' cabinets, the new farmhouse sink!!, new fridge and stove, bread box!, new dish rack, new sidetables. I'm wondering if the 'clutter' on the cabinets in the island are moveable? Probably not...but it is so authentically 'homey' 💓.
7th - This little girls hair!!! Adorable 😍 I love the details on the cabinets - those handles/closures are to die for! I love the new fruit basket and I didn't mark it, but I love the kids' plate on the counter.
Also - the burping? Cute!
8th - I love the two-tone beard on 'dad'. He is gradually going gray and its pretty great. Behind him is another shot of the chore/behavior chart...this time with a yellow clock. I've also seen it red...so is that a color choice or is it part of game-play??? Last thing about this pic is the magazine/book rack to the right. Love it!
9th - Mom's hair 😍 Again with the burping...too funny!
