Modular Bliss

I wanted to do a 'tiny house', but with more of a 'trailer' or modular home feel.

Gogh & Get It

I am a huge fan of Van Gogh - have been since a teacher talked a little about him one time in Kindergarten.  It sparked something in me and I have been fascinated by him ever since.  So, when I discovered there are beds you can 'earn' as a painter perk in Sims 4 that have his paintings on them, I HAD to use them in a house.

 

The sim that is currently living there is part of a 'legacy' and her story is shaping up strangely.  She is a teenager, falls in love, ages up, moves in with her love and discovers she's pregnant.  While she is finding that out, her partner is in the kitchen cooking, starts a fire, and dies from fright.  ALL of that happened in one day.

I had barely moved them in!

Patio de Luz

This was a late-night New Year's Eve build. I did a search for 3-4 bedroom traditional and found this. The challenge of translating it into Sims 4 was interesting, but kinda fun. I hope you enjoy it.

4 bedroom - 1 is set up as a 'guest suite'.  Main front door opens into the courtyard and actual door to the house leads into the 'garage'.

Luna Ambrose

This is a Sim I created to go in a Pool House build that is coming up soon :)

I don't have any mods or anything on her, but some of the clothing is part of EP's.  I REALLY miss the freedom of being able to change colors and patterns!! *cries*

An Island for One

I've done a couple 'island' builds so far, but this one was my first. I was going for a small cabin - perhaps for a bachelor. It takes up nearly the entire lot, but still has space for more trees :)

Flashback

Christmas is over and a New Year has begun!  Bring on 2017!

My last build of the year was a mid-century modern, using items from the Vintage Glamour game pack.  I get frustrated that not all items can be any color or pattern and that you might have a style of window/door, but not have all of the corresponding items to match it.  I try to match as best as possible.

I enjoy searching the internet for architectural inspiration and I've wanted to try different styles.  I am happy with how this came out - overall.
