I'm "Stucco On You"
It felt like I was doing a lot of the same thing so I sat for a bit and thought about what I could do to expand my design horizons. There is one town that's a 'desert' town so I thought about doing something with a stucco / clay facade.
What I ended up creating was a 1 bedroom house and separate pool house and called it Stucco On You:

Patio de Luz
This was a late-night New Year's Eve build. I did a search for 3-4 bedroom traditional and found this. The challenge of translating it into Sims 4 was interesting, but kinda fun. I hope you enjoy it.
4 bedroom - 1 is set up as a 'guest suite'. Main front door opens into the courtyard and actual door to the house leads into the 'garage'.
