Base Game Budget Starter

This is a short one.  I did a 10K challenge build and it inspired me to do a cheap, starter house using only base game items.  I remember the challenge of finding nice homes that were base game only - downloading something and HALF of it is in shambles because they are replaced with base game items...UGH!  I'll do a few more of these in the coming weeks - some bigger homes too. :)
