Room Build: Tuxedo Kitchen

Oh Pinterest, how I love thee!  So many wonderful inspirations there!  I find a lot of house plans there, but lately I've focused on elements.  Whether its a wall (build coming) or a simple seat element in a kitchen, I'm finding new ways to create.  Such as this:

The idea of a shelf for cookbooks and the little seating area?  So cute!  I really wanted to use a bench with a table for a breakfast space, but its not functional in Sims 4 at this time.  So I made this a coffee/newspaper area. I ended up really falling in love with this space.
