Rory's April Build Challenge

I've been working so much on my Not So Berry challenge, which is a 'game play' challenge, that I've not been doing much building.  I was glad when Rory Plays the Sims put out her April Challenge.  I was wanting to build, but my brain was really lacking the inspiration.  I started working on this Saturday and took a break for a while before I furnished it.  I LOVE the CC version and will upload it, and a Non-CC version, as soon as I get it modified.
